This set is intended for use in cases of heavy bleeding, especially in areas where a tourniquet is ineffective.
The cotton bandage is used to absorb blood, especially for wiping the wound.
The gauze without *hemostyptic is intended for packing the wound. We also recommend QuikClot as a hemostatic agent.
The disposable gloves are intended to protect the wounded person from further germs. The rescuer is to be protected from blood and other secretions.
The Ideal Bandage and the Emergency Bandage are designed to exert the necessary pressure after the wound has been tamponaded and to protect the wound from further contamination.
